Custody Transfers to Bradesco

Dear Sirs/Madams,

According to the Fund Manager´s information, a meeting of members approved the transfer of custody of the funds QUEST I FIM, QUEST FIM and QUEST AÇÕES FIA to Banco Bradesco S/A.

The funds' banking data for clients' transfers as from JANUARY 29, 2007 are presented below:

The CETIP´s (Brazil´s Clearing House for Custody and Settlement) account will remain the same.

Should fund transfers be sent to the fund accounts at Banco Itaú after that date, the amounts will be returned to the depositors.
